List of Services

Community Clinic Services:

(A) Provide essential prenatal (pregnancy), postpartum, postnatal services to women and in case of any complications, they will be sent to the emergency maternity service center as soon as possible.

(B) Providing vitamin A capsules to newly delivered mothers (within 6 weeks) and infants (especially those suffering from severe malnutrition, chronic diarrhea and measles).

(C) To detect anemia in women and adolescents and provide necessary treatment.

(D) Provide necessary health care and counseling to adolescents.

(E) immunization of children against tuberculosis (tuberculosis, diphtheria, whooping cough, polio tetanus, measles, hepatitis-B and tetanus vaccination of women aged 15-49 years as per EPI schedule).

(F) Identify and refer suspected acute fluxid paralysis (AFP) in children under 15 years of age.

(G) Feeding the required amount of Vitamin A to the children of one to five years of age for 6 consecutive months and providing treatment to the children suffering from night blindness.

(H) Treatment of diarrhea patients with saline and zinc pills (in case of children).

(I) Register newly married and pregnant women, contact them when possible delivery date.

(J) To ensure birth and death registration.

(K) Providing essential services to the newborn.
